Post time just won again at Laurel. Non winners of one other, similar move to last time, circling the field, seemingly without much difficulty, and then very green in the stretch again, won pretty easy. It’ll be fun to see how good this horse really is, but so far he’s pretty exciting. The only downer for me, frosted, who I thought would be a superb, classic sire, really appears to be a sire of sprinters. Every time one of his good ones stretches out, it ends badly. I hope two turns is next for post time.

I think Post Time is a really talented horse

Post Time: no works, no news, nothing. Not nominated to Triple Crown or recent Maryland 3yo stakes race. Articles in DRF that talk to trainer about other horses and he's never mentioned. Even when her other 3yos are the topic of the story. So frustrating. Laurel story end of December said this: "“We always kind of wanted to give him a little space in between races,” Russell said. “We have loads of options. We're going to let him tell us. Now we're fighting some weather. It's no secret he's kind of had some issues with his feet, and he won't see the racetrack unless it's good. We're just taking care of him right now, staying patient, and he's doing great.”

So I'm guessing the feet are keeping him from training. But the lack of news is mind-boggling. It's a story, and it should be written about. And according to Jockey Club registration services website, he's at least not dead.

Yeah I sorta gave up on him when he stopped working and hasn’t been nominated to any of the Maryland stakes lately. Oh well…

I do too. The greenness doesn’t bug me, he’s 2. He really won quite easily with that overland route trip too. And he’s not a mindless burner on the front end. Equibase fig (I know, i know 😉….) was 92, after the 83 debut. He doesn’t paddle on the head-ons, looks ok, no lasix or blinkers or front wraps. Wonder what she does with him next. She had a GP division in the winter in the past, hope he goes there. Frosted—so want him to have a big horse, damside is routers and durability, lets see what he’s got 🤞🏻

I really hope you keep these blogs up and going like you did for the Saratoga meet. Love the commentary and the humor gets an average of at least 2 good laughs an article.
